In design, comfort and location, our boutique hotel holds a unique position. 18 well-lit rooms provide the guests with a modern design inviting them to relax, to enjoy and to dream.
All rooms feature balconies offering sea views and are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning units.
All furnishings were designed and manufactured from massive teakwood by local artisans. All materials are Sri Lankan quality products – with one exception: the bathroom fittings were produced by the Grohe company.
Solar modules provide electricity and hot water, water provision and draining adhere to the highest standards, the clarification plant has been imported from Germany by agreement with the Sri Lankan authorities and contributes to the sustainability of the overall project.
Our hotel has been planned under aspects of full accessability. To our knowledge, it is the only hotel of this size featuring a wheelchair-accessible elevator.
Our rooms, lobby, restaurant and garden have been artistically provided for by a local artist who has contributed to international exhibistions and whose best known painting has been honored to decorate the Presidential Palace in Colombo.
The designing of the garden and the remainder of the works have exclusively been provided by Sri Lankan artisans and companies.
The restaurant prepares the meals by using almost exclusively fresh domestic products.
As a Sri Lankan/German community and family enterprise, we would like to offer our guests just this combination of quality, local colour in food and drinks, and international elements supported by familial hospitality.

Opened in November 2014, the new hotel is situated just 65 kilometres from Colombo on A2 highway from Colombo to Galle (kilometre stone 65).
You will reach us even quicker from the International Airport via the new freeway till the exit to Aluthgama and after a few kilometres on A2 toward Galle.
